Game Programming (Generalities) - This series is more tuned towards the general, core aspects for most games. I.E. How "Game-Loop"s work, how OOP works, how things should be linked and so on. (Abandoned)
Pong Tutorial Playlist - Pong: The very first thing that I think anyone new to game programming should attempt. Very simple, and very logical. Note: This is my first few videos & first series, so my commentating skills are as dry as a camel in the Sahara (Haha?).
Tile-System Tutorial Playlist - Tile System: This is a tutorial on creating a working system with which to create tiles, and interact with them. This tutorial focuses on a side-on view, similar to most "2D Minecraft" games popping up recently. Note: Episode 3.5 was created after the series was finished on request by a viewer. Make sure to watch it, some improvements and optimizations take place!
Top-Down Scroller Playlist - Top-Down Scroller: We take the fundamentals from the Tile System tutorial (Above), and implement it into a top-down perspective. I think that this went rather well, in retrospect.
Shoot 'Em Up Playlist - Shoot 'Em Up: A basic top-down shooter, introducing trigonometry, projectiles, enemy management/AI, as well as some basic core ideas for how to manage different forms of input from what we have worked with previously. Also, this series is one of the first to be updated/worked on in accordance to my newly-imagined way of content creation.
Brickbreaker/Breakout Clone Playlist - Breakout: A simple premise. You are a paddle that travels horizontally, and you use a bouncing ball to destroy "bricks", basically the same as tiles, until you win. Think of it as a 1-player Pong setup with a lot of little colliding obstacles. A great way to also expand on the functionality without anything to terribly complex.
